Our Programs
We provide meaningful programs that help girls grow
with confidence and purpose.
Menstrual Health Advocacy
We organize awareness campaigns and educational sessions focused on menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, and personal well-being. Our outreach programs help break harmful stigmas surrounding menstruation while equipping girls with practical knowledge and confidence. We also distribute sanitary pads and hygiene materials to girls in underserved schools and communities.
Mentorship Programs
Through mentorship initiatives, girls are connected with inspiring mentors, professionals, and role models who guide them academically, emotionally, spiritually, and professionally. Our mentorship sessions focus on confidence building, purpose discovery, leadership, career growth, emotional intelligence, and life development.
Education Support
We support educational development through school outreaches, learning support initiatives, educational resources, and motivational programs. Our goal is to encourage girls to remain committed to education while believing in their ability to succeed.
Leadership & Personal Development
We organize workshops, seminars, and empowerment sessions that help girls develop leadership skills, communication confidence, decision-making abilities, and self-worth. These programs are designed to help young girls become future leaders and changemakers.
Community Outreach
Our outreach initiatives are focused on directly engaging schools and communities through impactful social programs. We create awareness around healthcare, emotional well-being, girl-child rights, education, and community support.

Before attending the program, I used to feel shy talking about my period and menstrual hygiene. Through the training and support I received, I now understand how to take care of myself properly. I also learned how to make reusable sanitary pads, which has been very helpful for me. I feel more confident and informed as a young girl.

Being part of the Preshh BlossomGirls Initiative was such a beautiful experience for us. I am powerful, and my body is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. Before now, I used to feel confused and even a little ashamed about my period because I didn’t fully understand it. But after the sessions I attended, I learned that menstruation is natural and a normal part of growing up as a girl. I now see my body in a completely different way. I feel confident, informed, and no longer afraid or embarrassed. I am proud of myself and my body.
